Rotisserie Rub Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, split in halves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Preheat barbecue on high heat
- 1. Mix dry ingredients together
- 2. Hand wash and rinse roast
- 3. Cut slits in each side of roast and insert 1/2 clove garlic on each side
- 4. Rub dry ingredients evenly all over the roast and secure on rotisserie
- 5. Cook meat on medium heat until desired tenderness
- * Use a drip pan with water or red wine
- ** For added flavoring you can add a large handful of soaked mesquite or hickory wood chips in a smokebox, or wrapped in heavy foil with small holes (made by a fork, etc.)
- *** This recipe works well with Chicken as well, try using cedar or apple wood chips for added smoked flavor
